Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information EverythingQA processes when you use its QA tools.
Information you provide
When you use an AI tool, we process the requirement, user story or bug notes you enter, together with the options and optional context you provide. This information is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to generate test cases or a bug report. Do not enter passwords, authentication tokens, personal data, confidential client information or other sensitive material. The test-data generator runs in your browser and does not send the values you configure to our AI service.
Technical usage information
To enforce the daily allowance, the service creates a one-way hash from the connecting IP address and browser user-agent. We store that pseudonymous identifier with a daily usage count in Cloudflare KV for up to approximately 48 hours. A separate counter stores only the total number of generation attempts for the current day.
We also store aggregated daily counters for tool views, successful or failed generations, exports, copy actions and usage-limit blocks. These analytics counters do not contain your requirements, generated results, email address, IP address or the temporary pseudonymous identifier used for rate limiting.
Storage and generated content
EverythingQA does not currently provide user accounts or intentionally store your requirements, bug notes or generated content in an application database. The generated result is returned to your browser. Cloudflare may process limited request, security and diagnostic information under its own service terms and retention practices.
Feedback and early access
If you rate generated results, we store the rating, any optional comment you provide, the selected application type and coverage depth, and the number of generated cases. We do not attach your requirement or generated test cases to that feedback. If you join the EverythingQA Pro early-access list, we store the email address you submit so we can contact you about relevant product updates. You can request removal at any time by emailing support@everythingqa.com.
Cookies and advertising
EverythingQA does not currently use advertising cookies or sell personal information. Essential infrastructure and security features may process technical information required to operate and protect the service.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, storage and AI inference for the service. Information processed through EverythingQA may therefore be handled by Cloudflare as our infrastructure provider.
Your choices
You can avoid submitting information to the AI tools and close the website at any time. Because we do not currently maintain user accounts, there is no account profile to delete. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@everythingqa.com.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
